Thank you to everyone who came to our Yearling Parade yesterday. Each year the event seems to get bigger and bigger and it is great to celebrate the season's achievements and welcome new owners into the fold. Luckily the weather behaved as did the horses. A few of the Yearlings were a bit daunted by the sight of the large crowd at first but they soon got used to it and the staff showed and turned the horses out beautifully. The horses were paraded down by the covered ride and afterwards everyone was welcome to have a look around the yards followed by a hog roast and a glass or two of Champagne up in the marquee. Come the day of the parade, we didn't have that many Yearlings left to sell as a few had sold in the week prior but we currently have two Yearlings still looking for Owners. Firstly we have a racy looking filly by Dragon Pulse x Multigrain who looks like she could be an early sort for next season and we also have a cracking Holy Roman Emperor colt who is related to black type performers. He will be syndicated in 1/10th shares under our Eden Racing banner which in recent years tasted success which such horses as ICE AGE and TIN HAT. For more info please look at our 'Horses For Sale' page where both horses still feature.
On another note - we wish long serving Head Lad Will Reddy a very speedy recovery from his knee operation. To add to his knee injury, earlier in the year he broke his arm so fingers crossed 2020 will be a better year for him....the place is certainly a lot quieter without him!
