We are very thankful to be back racing again and all the staff here at Woodway continue to do a sterling job keeping the show on the road and adapting to race day protocols. Their hard work has duly been rewarded as the horses have been really performing well. We have welcomed 8 winners since the resumption of racing and a few days ago we had a great run of having 5 winners in 4 days. Gin Palace made it 2 wins from 2 runs this month and has continued his rise up the ranks from last season to the delight of his owner/breeder Mrs Zara Campbell-Harris. Gin Palace is the apple of her eye and hopefully he will continue to do us all proud for the rest of the season. The 2yo colts had been showing up well at home during the lock down and it is great to see this reciprocated back on the track with both Enduring & Et Tu Brute winning on their second racecourse outings. Enduring gave his owner Marc Middleton-Heath his first ever winner and Et Tu Brute scored for one of our most loyal supporters Gary Stevens. Also this month, stable favourite Hyanna recorded her 6th victory and in the process took her career earnings to over £100,000 when scoring at Windsor. It would be great if she could sneak some well deserved back-type this year. Billhilly, Kepala and Lady Elysia lost their maiden tags in fine style and can hopefully give their owners some more fun going forward. Below are photos of this month's winners
